August 29th-31st, Intersection Festival returns with three days of genre-fluid and boundary-pushing Canadian music across unique, accessible and free venues in the Toronto core. This year, Intersection returns to its DIY and local roots, with a special focus on the Sankofa Square marathon event platforming some of the most engaging experimental music onstage in the middle of the country’s busiest traffic intersection, creating an immersive experience for new audiences and artists alike.
